Can you give me a ride to the climbing area or is there public transportation?

Transportation is generally not included. Many of the areas right near Golden are near public transportation that is accessible from the airport and your guide may be willing to give you a ride in their personal vehicle.

Is there somewhere to camp nearby?

While there is a good amount of campgrounds and dispersed campgrounds in the South Platte areas most of the areas around Clear Creek in the Denver and Golden areas are urban and do not have camping available.

Where do you ice climb near Denver or Golden?

In Clear Creek Canyon there are a few ice climbs that form in good years and can include some single pitch and multipitch routes between WI3 or WI4.

Are there other fun activities to do in the mountains near Denver and Golden?

Absolutely! As the capitol and major urban hub of Colorado Denver has a variety of museums and attractions beyond climbing. Near Golden Clear Creek has some tubing and rafting trips available as well as some hiking and biking.
