Who is the Climbing Technique Clinic for?
This clinic is for climbers who feel stuck, inefficient, nervous, or limited by a specific style of climbing. It works for newer climbers and experienced climbers who want focused coaching rather than a general guided climbing day.
What kinds of technique can we work on?
Guides can coach footwork, balance, body position, slab movement, crack technique, steep climbing, pacing, resting, route reading, fear management, or movement habits that are holding you back.
Is this focused on indoors or outdoors?
This clinic is designed for outdoor climbing, where terrain, feet, friction, and decision making are different from the gym. Indoor experience can help, but the goal is to improve how you move on real rock.
Will I just be climbing routes all day?
You will climb quite a bit, but the focus is coaching and improvement. Guides may use drills, repeated attempts, easier terrain, or specific route styles to help you understand what to change and how to practice it. So the focus is less on doing a bunch of different climbs and more on doing effective movement
Do I need to know exactly what I want to improve?
No. If you know your goals, bring them. If not, your guide can watch you climb, identify patterns, and build the session around the highest value changes.
