Do you guide all of the South Platte?
The South Platte is a very extensive area. We guide in a few specific locations in the areas southwest of Denver like Narrow Gauge Slabs and the Cathedral Spires.
Are most of the climbs difficult or are there easier things?
The South Platte is well known for it's harder climbs like Center Route and Wunsch's Dihedral on Cynical Pinnacle but there are a number of easier spots like Narrow Gauge Slabs that are easier to access and have a variety of single pitch climbs that is more beginner and family friendly.
I don't know how to trad climb so is this a good spot for me?
While some trad climbing knowledge is helpful it is not required. Guides are happy to explain the basic skills so you can be prepared to follow traditional climbs where the guide is placing gear.
