As a climbing guide service with over a decade in operation we select guides for their exceptional technical skills, teaching ability, and engaging personalities. Every guide is trained and certified through the AMGA in addition to participating in ongoing company training to ensure you have the safest, highest quality climbing adventure. We've created an institutional knowledge base that cannot be replicated by independent guides regardless of qualifications. Browse below for more info on our roster of guides and support staff.

How will my guide be selected and will they contact me ahead of my trip?
Guides will contact you before your trip. Usually earlier depending on the level of difficulty of your objective or if they want to go over other details with you. Guides are selected on the basis of their capacity to do the trip, ensuring they have the technical skill, experience, and qualifications to meet the needs of the trip. If there are specific guest requests for the trip we try to ensure a compatible guide is selected such as one meats the needs of the guest. Lastly we need a guide who is avaialable.
Who Is it better to contact, the guide or office with questions or I need to reschedule?
Generally, it is best to reach out to our office with most questions or for cancellations or rescheduling. If you're having issues the day of your trip then contact your guide directly.
Can I request a guide or request someone for specific needs?
If you have previous experience with a guide and they are available we would be happy to arrange that. We do our best to accomodate the requests of guests and meet any specific needs or accomodations in our guide selection.
