Carlton grew up in Colorado but didn’t find his passion for climbing and skiing until he was a junior in high school. After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps Infantry and three years in the Colorado National Guard Mountain Infantry Battalion, Carlton decided to transition fully into making his love for climbing into his career. Carlton loves to work with people from all walks of life and to help them make their impossible into reality through good decision making. When Carlton isn’t climbing rock/ice or skiing you can either find him in the gym or going outside with his wife and two sons.
